Commander Ethan Saito and the crew of the USS Sumter, an advanced U.S. Navy destroyer, are suddenly transported from Earth to an unknown ocean in a fantasy world. Cut off from all known allies, facing magical threats, mythical sea creatures, ancient kingdoms, and political machinations, they must navigate treacherous waters to survive, protect their crew, and find a path home.
P/S: This is a sister story featuring the Navy that run parallel to the other narrative I'm currently working, Brother in Arms: Journey Through the Unknown. This story serves as a standalone perspective within the wider, interconnected Lystyn Chronicles.

Blessings to the Voyages of Another World
In a world where the conflict between Azur Lane and the Red Axis was overcome, and the Sirens were repelled- The Samoa Base from that world was suddenly summoned to a war-torn other world!? Amidst the chaos caused by clashes of values and common sense, this is the story of a young Commander and the KAN-SEN (some of whom are... troublesome) as they charge through the stormy seas of another world. And so, it begins! NOTICE This is my first post. This story is a crossover between Summoning Japan and Azur Lane, with characters and weapons from various other works mixed in. It also includes original lore, theories, and some convenient plot devices. Note that the summoning to another world happens two years earlier than in the OG Summoning Japan. The author's knowledge is "broad but shallow" (self-proclaimed), so there may be many mistakes, contradictions, typos, or awkward phrasing regarding politics, military affairs, etc. If you notice any, pointing them out in the comments would be greatly appreciated. After the devastating catastrophe, in which an Alien species dubbed "The Sirens" began a global scale invasion of Humanity during the Second World War, the discovery of a new element/power named "The Wisdom Cubes" caused Humanity to band together under the banner.. Of Azur Lane, the human's last resort.. In this force, the new force dubbed "KANSEN", or Ship Girls were created and "Azured", Humanity began to fight back the invasion, and eventually pushed the Sirens back to where they came from. However, between those kansen, lies a one of a kind Ship... a ShipBoy who came from an era which was lost in history, which occured between the Siren Wars and the Azure of the first Kansen.. Aquaria: The Lost Fleet

Reporting for duty
The war with the covenant has driven humanity to the brink of extinction, the outer colony's have been glassed and the UNSC navy has been reduced to a fraction of what it once was. But there was hope, with the discovery of a forerunner relic that could turn ships into men with the full power of the ships themselves. This lead to the creation of several ships, one of them being the UNSC S/N. A Paris class heavy frigate, he along with the battle group he was apart of were out fighting the covenant who had also found a similar artifact, had been using sanghili ships to fight the UNSC. During one of these conflicts S/N was forced to make a jump with a damaged Slipspace drive, the result was that him and one of the covenants corvettes were pulled into a portal. Azur Lane | Blood Stained Iron | Male Ship X Azur Lane
The Azur Lane Alliance, a powerful force created in the first world war and expanded upon with the intentions of fighting the Sirens as one, while at the same time preventing another large-scale war like the great war from coming about again, via gathering all the major powers under one flag. But like all good things, it doesn't last forever, and due to differing options, ideals, and repeated acts on both sides to contradict and hurt the other via diplomatic channels. The alliance begins to shift, and finally the cracks became a split! This split brought about the return of war! Full scale, large scale! The two warring factions in question, was Azur Lane, and Red Axis. Azur Lanes primary fighters being Eagle Union, Iris Orthodoxy and Royal Navy. For Red Axis, the main contenders being Iron Blood, Sardegna Empire & Sakura Empire! Ships of the Sakura Empire struck Eagle Union ships by surprised not long ago, and this action dragged the Eagle Union into the conflict without giving them a choice to ignore or try and stay out of the out-of-control flames, we call war. Meanwhile, the Iron Blood slipped into Royal navy-controlled waters, and a scuffle between the two countries flag ships was set into motion, that ultimately ended with the Royal Navys Flag Ship HMS Hood sent to the bottom of the sea. News of her death would send shockwaves across the WORLD! That would be FELT across the lands, oceans and mountains by all.
