Many say that the eyes are the windows to the soul, that by a mere glance you can understand a person. But in Minnie's case, her eyes held visions of the future.

What she saw as a divine blessing, others saw as a curse.

She believed this for much of her life, as using it only caused her pain. Being shipped off to a mental institute made her believe what she was told, that she was crazy. Tommy Degrasse was her only light in the darkness, a bitter man with a booze problem and just enough kindness to make her stay.

After being released, she joins Tommy and his traveling band of misfit musicians. They land in Brooklyn, a town nothing like her home of fields and cows. But, it was different in a good way. There she meets two men who become her closest of friends, James Barnes and Steve Rogers.

But her visions start up again,showing an incoming danger she can't seem to ignore. Only Minnie isn't sure whether she should believe them or not.
