One thousand years. That is how long we have been apart, I wish more than anything that it wasn't that long, but it is. I hope that someday I can return to you. Sometimes I lay awake at night thinking about what you are doing. What must you think of me? You once thought of me as your whole world, do you still think of me as such? Have I lost the right to call you my own after so many years? Are you still alive or have you been taken from this world? Does your heart still belong to me, or did I ruin that? Has another taken my place by your side as your beloved? Do you ever think of me? Have you forgotten my face? Do you hate me for what I have done to you? Will you ever be able to forgive me?
