Flukey Thunder is a game developer for Sega and a single father to his son Florin who he strives to be the best for after his wife abandoned them. One day Florin comes home and across a mysterious disc that only says "Sonic" on it. Being a Sonic fan like his father Florin boots it up on his computer but in doing so releases the spirit Sarah Henderson who brings him into her digital prison where certain events would forge a bright future for not just Florin and Sarah but Flukey as well.
