He was lonely. He loved most of his life in bed, unable to play or behave like a normal kid. His parents tried their best to take care of him. They really did. But eventually, they had another child, one that was normal, healthy. Everything he wasn't.

He adored his little sister. Even if it stung a bit, knowing his parents had replaced him. His sister was there for him, at least.

So, he could leave that world with a smile.

Until he opened his eyes and realized he had been transmigrated into his favorite anime. At least he was healthy this time but how was this going to change the plot? And more importantly, why does he keep getting wrapped up with the main cast?
