I'm Kiara, sixteen and a sophomore from Santa Monica. While my parents went on vacation, I stayed behind to focus on school and enjoy some quiet time. One evening, I went for a walk around the neighborhood just to clear my head.

It was quiet. Too quiet. A car slowed down next to me, and then... everything went black. I woke up in a dirty, moldy basement, my head pounding and vision blurry. I don't know where I am or how I got here but something's not right.

(COMPLETED) "W-What's wrong with your hair!?" He stuttered while pointing to my hair. I glared at him, pulled my hood back up, turned around, and left. -------------------------- My name's Violet, Violet Winters. I was born with weird hair. In the dark it's bright red and my eyes are purple. In the light both my eyes and hair turn silver. Because of my hair my family gave me to an orphanage. I didn't like it, so I left and got a job. I now live alone. I am 17 and am a new student at Astrid Academy/ Highschool. I have color changing hair and eyes, 5'10", button nose, full, pink lips, and a horrible sense of humor. And I'm currently walking in the rain trying to find a god damn clothing store, before I am late to school. My day couldn't get any worse. (WARNING: contains mature language and scenes.) *A/N I am so sorry for anyone who has had to read this. I was in like middle school when I wrote this and I cringe every time I remember it exists 😭 I would delete it but if anyone DID like it I don't wanna take it from them.

Completed!! -- I could hear him running behind me. "HELP!" I started to scream the words repeatedly. I felt like I was the stupid, helpless girl in a horror film. I ran right into a fence and fell down. I got back up and turned around. Blake was right there. He pinned me up against the wood. "You are so stupid!" He chuckled. He grabbed a bottle of some sort and smiled. "Nighty night." He whispered. He sprayed the substance all over me until I blacked out. -- 16 year old Cathy moves from a small Rhode Island town to the big Austin, Texas. When she starts her new school, Cliffside High, everyone despises her. They don't like the same music she does and they don't dress like her. She's an outcast in their book. But when she gets home, she goes to her favorite website and chats with people who love her. Who don't despise her. But, everything changes when a stranger starts to chat with her. He compliments her, makes her feel bubbly. She feels like he loves her, and she loves him. Then things get a little weird when he asks her personal questions. Not thinking twice, she answers all of them. Cathy feels guilty afterward, and never wants to talk to him again. But he wants to meet her. Little did she know his visit will be soon and blood curdling.

I was walking to the bakery to get a loaf of bread for mum, what I didn't know was that I was being followed. The loaf was bought and I was taking a shortcut home, through the bush. I was halfway there when my waist was gripped with a drugged cloth over my mouth. I tried to hold my breath but after that I felt light headed, easily being drugged and blackness took over me.

I woke up in an unfamiliar place & my head was pounding... I looked around, only soon to meet eyes with a really handsome boy... "Hey baby girl, how'd you sleep?" He questioned coming to sit near me; I scooted away from him & looked at him confused. "Who are you? How do you know my name? Where am I? Why am I here?" "Calm down baby... You're safe. Now get dressed, I want you to meet some people." He stated as he got off the bed, kissed my forehead, & left me in the unfamiliar room confused & frightened. As I was getting dressed, I realized the guy that was in the room with me looked familiar to me, like I've seen him before, but where..? I pushed the thoughts aside & finished putting on jean shorts & a t-shirt.

I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst pain imaginable; and as the hands that were around my neck were forcibly ripped off by some unknown force, I slipped deeper into the depths of the river. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away. I felt a small pressure around my waist, before the darkness completely consumed me. The last thing I remember is thinking, save me.

I felt suffocated as I try to claw my out of the mob. I feel like I'm going to pass out-No, I am going to pass out. The ground was wobbling, my head was pounding and dark spots started to cover my vision. The last thing I saw was a man staring straight at me, standing in the middle of the crazy pack. He somehow looks familiar. Wearing a black three piece suit, his dark brooding eyes were staring straight at me. "Save me." He whispered before darkness completely consumed my vision...

I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.
