Ixia Margarette Lua, an international model gracing runways and magazine covers across the globe, never imagined her past would walk back into frame-quite literally.

Nathan Ezriel Leviste is now a sought-after professional photographer with a sharp eye for emotion and light. But before the acclaim, before the career-there was Ixia. They first met at the 2015 National Schools Press Conference, when he was a budding photojournalist from NCR and she was a young feature writer from Central Visayas. One photograph-her smile, captured in perfect light-sparked a connection that quietly blossomed into a five-year love story.

When the pandemic hit, distance became their greatest adversary. Time passed, feelings faded-or so they thought.
