A Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan fanfiction inspired from one of my most favorite korean drama 'Autumn In My Heart'.
After a hospital mix-up, Xiao Yibo (later Wang Yibo) and Wang Zhuocheng (later Xiao Zhuocheng) are switched at birth and raised by the wrong families. Xiao Zhan, Yibo's older "brother," adores and protects him, forming an unbreakable bond. An accident reveals their true parentage, the families switched back the boys, tearing Zhan and Yibo apart. Years later, they reunite, and their love deepens despite societal and familial obstacles.
(This will not entirely follow the drama plot since the original had a very sad ending. And I am not a fan of sad ending.haha)
