Explination on Hanahaki disease

~ Hanahaki disease is a disease caused or born from unrequinted love or one sided love this disease is deadly the disease is cureable but the person that is infected love intreset has to return their feelings the disease will disappear after that or until the infected dies it can also be surgically removed but the infecteds love and memories of the person they have unrequinted love or one sided love with will disappear this disease spreads around the infecteds lungs covering it with flowers that depend on the love type for Goshiki its poiseons and forget-me-not in this disease the infected coughs up flower petals theres 4 stages Goshiki is in stage 2 no one knows about this except tendou (Tendou Satori - 3rd year middle blocker) who caught Goshiki Coughing up flower petals in the wash room ever since then he's been around goshiki cheering him up when he has a breakdown whenever the pain of the disease hurt badly and bad days
