Romance
Aya Mendoza has never been good with people-especially men. Her shy personality and tendency to trip over her own feet have made her the unofficial "office ghost" no one notices... except when she screws something up, which is often. One Friday night, her two extroverted best friends Lana and Mika drag her to an upscale bar to "loosen up." Despite her protests, Aya ends up tagging along-reluctantly wearing makeup, Not in a bodycon black dress that revealed more skin than she was used to showing in a year, and definitely not in sky-high heels that made her knees shake with every step. At the bar, fate (and her clumsiness) plays a trick on her. Aftermath: All five men, from different walks of life, now can't forget her. Something about that kiss-her lips, their softness, the warmth, the pure unawareness she holds-haunts them. They each begin to search for her in their own way. Aya, meanwhile, thinks she's cursed. But fate keeps bringing them together-at the office, at a coffee shop, in a cab, and yes... even in her dreams. Now, the question isn't who kissed her... It's who will she kiss again-on purpose this time?

Almost was never enough. The most is where it all lies; the second is no different from losers. If you want to be chosen, be the best among the options-a sweet rule to every test, a bitter reality Eiah was raised in. She gives everything a hard try, even though she can't grasp it all just right. Maybe she was chasing the wrong things. Maybe she needs to work harder. Maybe she's really... almost there. Whatever it is, she's determined to prove her father she's worthy of her name-but heck, not to the point of marriage! That's why, when he demanded that she get engaged while still in college, she had to 'call a friend', Chase, an accounting junior who has kissed girls everywhere. They had to level up their call sign. From bes to babe, will fake couple rings work? Or was it, again, just another almost? Almost the right move; apparently not the best. Maybe they should've just sat with their friendship bracelets rather than become almost too-almost what they aren't meant to be, almost everything they could no longer be.
