Tommy is the number 1 villain, but he got ambushed by 6 pro heroes and got caught. after they found out that tommy is young the hero commission decided that instead of putting him on death row like the were going to, they erased his memories.
Unfortunately for them, Tommy gets his memories back, and he wants revenge for them trying to erase his life.

Wilbur, Technoblade and Phil however were puzzled on how these seemingly inexperienced vigilantes kept escaping; and it has gotten to the point where they would do *anything* to get these two thorns out of their sides. But what happens if one catastrophically timed scream unravels a web of secrets and Tommy finds himself at the centre of all of it? And A dangerous villain emerges, his only goal being revenge on the heros. When the vigilante duo refuse to join him, despite their own hatred to hero's, they become a secondary target.Complete

Grimacing at the sight, Tommy reluctantly stepped further in. Before having shivering cold hands being placed on his lower back. And being pushed into the sea of unknown substance. ------- Tommy was looking for his roommate yet luck wasn't upon him, and he somehow went from having healing powers to having wide spread wings, and different powers than before after falling into a puddle. Oh and he has black handprints on his back. That doesn't have anything to do with his sudden encounters of villains and superheroes.....Right? or After falling into a weird puddle, Tommy falls into the world of heros, vigilantes and villains as a mentally unprepared 17 year old child. ---- Heavily inspired by the song "Turn The Lights Off" by Tally Hall.
