Summer Whispers, Puppy Kisses (Paw Café)

Caprice has always love the nature-y feeling of her grandma's very own paw café. The brown and vintage aesthetics, the plants inside and outside the café, the aroma of coffees and milk teas, and the somber music playing together with the loud howls and arfs of puppies. Every afternoon after class hours, she would often go to visit her grandma which is just one bus ride away. And when summer arrived, she came to help her grandma just like what she always do during summers.

But a mischievous guy which is new to town became the café's loyal customer. He spends most of his summer walking his very mischievous aspin in the café-disturbing Caprice's little peace making her head ache, and definitely making her ears smoke.

This was not how Caprice planned her summer-working at a sleepy pet café, dodging an annoying guy, and pretending her head doesn't leap every time Clifford Neric walks in with that troublemaking puppy and an even more dangerous smile. He's all sunshine and chaos; she's calm and cautious. But between shared milkshakes, leash tangles, and soft laughter under golden skies, something gentle begins to bloom. Is it love? Close enough to make her wonder if maybe, just maybe, the sweetest stories start with a whisper and end with a puppy's kiss.
