"Let me make something clear-being the center of my attention is not a safe place to be." For a moment, the words hung like a blade between them. Rose only tilted her chin, her lips curving with dangerous playfulness. She lifted her head just enough to steal a kiss, soft and fleeting, before his glare could stop her. When she pulled back, her smile deepened, eyes glittering with defiance. "I love being the center of your attention." Rose DiMaggio should not be drawn to a man like Saint. He's a silent, dangerous prisoner in a psychiatric ward-watchful, controlled, and utterly uninterested in reassuring anyone. Rose is sharp enough to know better and reckless enough not to care. His silence irritates her. His attention hooks her. The spark between them is immediate and unmistakably wrong. When they discover they belong to rival mafia families, staying away becomes a matter of survival. They are not safe together. They are not meant to work. And yet, they choose each other-again and again-knowing the cost. Because some souls aren't redemptive. They're destructive. And neither of them wants saving.

Echo wasn't like her sisters. She knew that when people talked about the famous and fabulous Reid sisters, they weren't referring to her. Quiet, homely, plain and riddled with social anxiety that made it hard for her to leave the house, she could never have known what was about to happen, she never dreamed she'd live such an adventure. Luke Farina was the most dangerous man around- spoiled, selfish, extremely conceited- he didn't take no for an answer and always got what he wanted. He just never expected that the strange and ridiculous little Echo would be the one to say no and somehow become the one he had to have most. -- NOTE: Hi everyone! I really hope you take the time to read this story. It's already complete for the most part, in just taking it slow in publishing it. It's my first story and I'd love to hear your comments and feedback. I hope you decide to give it a chance! This is also part one of a series and I'm already midway through the next book which can't be released unless this one gets some positive feedback. Thank you and enjoy!
