This story will be based on a fan-made theory I read about a few weeks ago regarding the origins of the Crossed virus. While I think the actual comics are pretty poorly written and far too reliant on shock and gross-out horror, I find the overall premise of the outbreak quite scary and I felt like exploring a theory some folks have about the virus might be kinda fun. If only for a brief time. There will be mention of characters from the original comic, but I'm not gonna write out their full story. Nor will there be any mention/emphasis on sexual abuse directed toward survivors by the Crossed. More emphasis on bodily harm.All Rights Reserved
