Kim Taehyung leads a contented life as a gynecologist until one day he delivers the baby of the woman whose life he believes he had destroyed many years ago -- Cho-Wol.

The thread of life and his inescapable fate seem too strong as memories are rekindled, and the equilibrium of his life goes for a toss, making Taehyung want to seek forgiveness. No apology would ever get her back what she had lost all those years ago, but he continues to do his best to make sure she feels cared for and heard at all times.

Amidst Taehyung's rocky dating life and all the inappropriate moments that prevent him from revealing the deep secret he keeps from Cho-Wol, to what lengths is he prepared to go to free himself from the web of guilt that he has gotten himself tangled into?
