Atlas Elwood, a trans man in his early 20s, has spent the past few years fighting to survive after being kicked out by his parents. With no stable home and few options, he finally finds a place to stay -- sharing an apartment with a mutal friend, Ezra Ivanov.
At first, Atlas hopes this might be a step toward stability. But Ezra turns out to be cold, short-tempered, and needlessly cruel. Atlas doesn't know what he did to deserve it -- only that he can't afford to leave.
Tension simmers, emotions run high, and slowly, the walls between them begin to crack.
David can't stand Romani and Romani hates David even though he thinks he's extremely handsome. They both are complete opposites but somehow can't stay away from each other.
