A person supposed to heal before they can deserve a relationship? Ain't folks supposed to help others heal and grow? And even if somebody gotta heal outside a relationship 'fore they can step into one, ain't they supposed to have someone by they side who's gonna help 'em through the struggle? And why can't that someone be the partner they choose to live the rest of they lives with? Why we don't have the wisdom, strength to help our partners heal and grow? Ain't that what we supposed to be there for one another, growin' and deepen our connection as partners? Gives us a stronger bond when you know each other at that deep level, ain't that what it's supposed to be?
