Exhausted by setbacks and chasing funding that always seems just out of reach, American paleontologist Kerstin Harlow travels to Argentina, clinging to the hope that a single tooth fossil could lead to a new discovery. She finds herself at odds with a disgruntled new landowner, a stubborn gaucho with no patience for the strangers who wish to disturb the land that he has recently inherited. Dinosaurs roamed the Earth over 65 million years ago, but in 1993, a man by the name of John Hammond with the help of geneticist introduced them to a new world. He brought in several people to the island of Isla Nublar in order to endorse the idea of a dinosaur theme park. A park where people could interact with living and breathing dinosaurs. Among those people were Dr. Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler. The park trial failed resulting in death and the shut down of Jurassic Park. Jurassic World was in shambles and was turned into a sanctuary, redesigned to protect the dinosaurs. After hitting a few speed bumps, Isla Nublar became a safe haven. Theodore Alan Grady was born under the two legends who run the sanctuary. Growing up from birth in the presence of dinosaurs, seeing an Apatosaurus sun bathing is nothing to look twice at for the teenager. Living on an island where every animal there is considered a miracle, Theo is trying to find his own calling.
