Stop trying to keep us alive You're pointing at stars in the sky that already died Stop trying to keep us alive You can't force the stars to align when they've already died *·˚✧·* In which a girl who flees the darkness she fears is caught in the gravity of a boy who brings it with him-until the sky holds its breath, and even light and dark can meet, if only for an eclipse. Just a Little Longer
What if Aleksander told Alina the truth about who he was the night of the Winter Fete? Would she choose to stay with him? or Would she escape with Mal? Little preview from the text: "Aleksander ?"- She said as he stepped away. "Alina before we continue there is something I must tell you,"- He said in a more serious tone. "We won't have time for dinner is that it?" she said in a jokingly tone (Oh what he wouldn't give to pause time right now before he even said anything, before she found out the truth about who he really was, how he wanted to manipulate her but he had fallen for her instead) Just a little longer he thought... but she had the right to know. Not sure where the story will go but darklina is end game. I do not own these characters they were written by Leigh Bardugo from her series of books "Shadow and Bone" Hope you enjoy it. She is forced into decisions that she did not want to make while at the Grand Palace. The Sun Summoner loses even more control over her life after her marriage to the Darkling. She must gain back control and find a way to save Aleksander's humanity; the lives of innumerous innocent people depend on it. This story is based on the Shadow and Bone trilogy combined with the Netflix show. Characters and universe created by Leigh Bardugo. ___________ Once I have calmed down, he lets go and leans back in his chair placed beside me. The Darkling just sits there and stares at me, observing me the way he always does. Moments pass, I become frustrated and snap at him. "Well? Are you going to yell at me? Hurt me? Tell me how you are the only one that I am equivalent to in my eternal life, so I should rely solely on you? He raises an eyebrow. "All of those would be sufficient options, but no." I scoff in response before asking, "then... what are you going to do with me?" He reaches out and traces the features of my jaw and face. He replies, "well that will depend on you." "Me?" I ask warily. He moves a strand of hair out of my face and continues to caress my cheek. "Yes," he exhales. "I don't want you to hate me, Alina. It is up to you to decide whether you want me to be your villain or your husband." #1 darklina 10/24 #1 shadowandbone 12/22 #1 fantasy-romance 2/24 #1 darkling 8/24

Astrid Sisko is not a Grisha. She's not a toy for Kings to use. She's not a pawn for a General's game. She's not a remedy for a Prince's political headaches. She's a warrior. A killer. She's not to be underestimated. --------------- OC x Aleksander Morozova 'The Darkling' #3 in #shadowandbone #1 in #Inej #3 in #Darkling #1 in #Kirigan #1 in #Tolya

Stain of Red || The Darkling
"Crowns topple easily. Thrones crumble like dust. Hearts cease to beat. Thorns draw blood." In a country torn into two, there should have been no room for mistakes. Especially not at the very core of the royal family. That was what she was. Yes, a Lantsov but a witch. Bloodletter. Grisha. In the darkness he longs for the country that had been his home for a great many years. A country that had branded him a heretic, a monster driven by greed, a traitor. Even in hiding, he yearns and yearns. For what, he did not know. But he soon will. A stain of red in an otherwise pristine white cloth. Either cut it out or cut yourself. ▪︎•▪︎•▪︎• The events of this book take place generations prior to Shadow and Bone. A few generations after the Fold was created.
