Smg4 dies from an illness but Smg3 wishes he could've done something so he's given a second chance, and travels back in time to where the illness had started. As Smg4 & Smg3 work together to fight off 4's illness & make sure he doesn't come to his end point like last time, they go through extreme challenges of the disease, him, arguments, and finding 4. Smg3 tried to warn 4 about it, & tries his best to keep him safe, as the story unfolds he learns more & more things about the illness. And that Mr. Puzzles has been behind, it, all.
