Alexander is a middle child in the large family. At the prime age of fourteen he's starting to become confused about many things in his life such as where he fits in, what he wants to do when he's older and his sexuality. Nolan is in the same boat. Though he is not part of the Valentine family he got the privilege of living down the street from them. He had a slightly smaller family with only a slightly better income.
