TWB is not meant to be read for the sake of the plot. It was created to portray feelings. The plot, while important in explaining the logic behind TWB's world, is not the reason I am writing this. I am writing this story to express feelings and explore a world that one does not enjoy being in. That being said, this story might hurt your emotional well-being. The Wings in the Background is a story about a boy. An anthropomorphic feline boy, who thinks the world has betrayed him. Who is lonely and ignored, despite trying his best to help others.
