Lexi Hammond was quite the academic weapon. Everything was going her way right before her Senior year of high school when she unexpectedly commits suicide during the summer. Leaving behind her parents and her boyfriend, Noah, she leaves nothing but a note and her bucket list attached.
Noah Embers always thought he was a good boyfriend up until he found out that his girlfriend died. Filled with confusion and pain, he maneuvers through life thinking about the 'ifs' and 'buts' about Lexi's death. On the first week of school, he attends group counseling and comes across a girl he's never met before. Curious about her reasons to attend, he slowly starts to get close to her.
Cara Blue was a nobody. Not someone that anybody would miss if she disappeared nor light up at the sight of her. Well that's what she thought to herself anyways. Attending group counseling was the very last thing she ever wanted to do and with curious eyes following her around, made her less enthusiastic to attend and to live.
Can Lexi push Noah to continue to live without her absence? Can Noah complete Lexi's wishes?
