4 years of bachelor's in psychology. 4 years of medical school. 4 years of residency. 2 years of fellowship. Not to become an efficient psychiatrist, but to study the art of manipulating his prey's life. ------------- Ingrid Villana has gone through a lot since she was a kid. Her trauma forbids her to trust people- the sole reason why she never made any relationship official. She believed that a man changes every after taking a bite from a woman- just like her father did. Until she met Dr. Duke, a well-known psychiatrist who offered a hand to help her personally overcome her fears through sharing a bed every night. Little did she know that the doctor she chose to trust has been manipulating her life all this time.

Transmigrating to a story sounds perfect, it's a dream most readers would have. Jurlian also dreamt of waking up one day to one of the stories she had read-- and the universe heard her wish. But it wasn't a romance story, nor a historical one where the Crown Prince or the Villain falls in love with her, it wasn't even a fantasy story, nor an adventure. The moment she opened her eyes, she wasn't greeted by a prince, but a detective. It wasn't a book she was hoping to get transmigrated to, rather, it was the opposite. A mystery/ thriller and crime book that she has read once and dropped. The plot didn't catch her interest, and she didn't like the main character's personality, Sherlock Holmes.
