Oscar use to be a Shared Pawn for Rias Gremory & Sona Sitri, but he feels less like a member of the groups and more like an afterthought since Issei & Saji's introduction into the peerages. One day, after defeating Rizevim & getting his credit stolen again, he overheard nearly everyone talking about making Issei, Saji & Vali, their newest member in their Brotherhood of Perverts, both the Pillars of the Supernatural World & the Champions of the Greek/Norse/Hindu Pantheons. They agreed under one condition: Oscar must be removed from the Peerage & be demoted to their servant. He was outraged by their demand, which grew worse after they immediately agreed to it while also badmouthing him. This was the straw that broke that Camel's back. He renounces his allegiance to them & vows that he'll make them regret ever ignoring him. He was met with the few Supernaturals that haven't wronged him as they gifted him a few things, including a necklace that hides him from the eyes of the Devils, Angels, Yokais, Greeks, Norns & Shintos. He thanked them for their help and tells them he'll do whatever they'll ask for him. Stopping by Kuoh to say goodbye to his friend group, which is the Kendo Club, to say his final goodbyes to them. Humans no longer ruled the top of the food chain. Hundreds of thousands of kids, adults, teens, and elderly have been devoured and killed in cold blood in just days. In their sleep. In schools, hospitals, playgrounds-- by giant beasts. That's when they knew that the only way to live, was to survive. At least, that's the goal to Katsukis new life, but what better way to do it then face everything and go at it alone?
