"We know that the miraculous of the Ladybug is the miraculous of creation, right? It embodies the concept of creation, light and luck." Master Fu traced his finger over the ancient handwriting that accompanied the sketch, and then flicked to the next page where the ring of the Cat miraculous was drawn. 
"The miraculous of the black cat is the opposite, representing destruction, darkness and bad luck. But, the two are equal as one cannot exist without the other. We cannot have light without the darkness, there cannot be creation without destruction. One cannot survive without the other." Silence followed Fu's sentence as he spoke that last line, and Ladybug felt her cheeks heat up.

Tightening her arms around herself, she cried out. - He took a deep breath in, held it and then released it. He repeated it a second time. "I'm sorry, Ladybug. I can't just listen to you cry." He threw open the door, his eyes shut tightly. He lowered himself to the floor in front of her, settling down on his knees and extending his arms outwards. He kept his eyes shut and listened for any movement from her. - "You're not alone through this." In this AU, Félix and Marinette's characters are based on the ones from the Miraculous anime PV that was never made (extra explanation of MCs in prologue). Additionally, there is a focus of side characters such as Gabriel, Nathalie, and Chloé (all these characters are based on the canon cartoon). This story takes place in the world of the cartoon but I have added some elements of the anime and my own spin on things. It's mostly plot and romance with occasional action.
