As The Crow Flies

Fear was something that Izuku Midoriya understood very well, better than most people his age did. He lived in constant fear, fear of his former best friend turned abusive bully, Katsuki Bakugou, fear of attending Aldera Junior High where not only did Kaachan attend, but everyone else, from the other students to even the teachers treated him like utter gutter trash, stopping just short of organizing public beatings for him. Most of all, he lived in fear of his dreams crumbling to pieces like dry sand in his hands. And it was that fear that would become reality at the hands of the man he once admired most: All Might. The man who was responsible for his mother's death.

And now, fear would become Izuku's ultimate weapon of vengeance, all thanks to his brilliant mind and a vial of chemicals.

Indeed, this is the story of how Izuku Midoriya, a boy who once sought to help people and save others with a smile, became the Symbol of Fear known as the Scarecrow, somehow ending up the patriarch of a family of villains in the process, and of how the city of Mustafu was transformed forever into the City of Fear!
