The Feather Of A Swan

Rowan is Coriolanus Snows younger brother who is sent to 12 by the academy for a project. In his time in the district he comes across a swan. Rowan grows a relationship with this swan, while keeping it a secret from his older brother. Knowing how a certain bird had drove his brother into madness years prior. Rowan does things he had never done before while in the district, and tries to prove not only his brother, but his mind wrong about this swan. The Covey have a way of entrancing others with their whimsical ways, but will Rowan be able to survive this flock?
