After 10 years since the Battle against Dio took place, Octavia and Jotaro continue their battles as man and wife. But things aren't easy between them as they were. Besides finding Joseph's bastard son, Josuke Higashikata, there is a serial killer on the loose and Octavia's visions of the future keeps getting worse. Will they be able to find him in this crazy noisy town called Morioh and help Josuke and his friends?
