The humans of Penthara thought they were alone... until the dragons came.
When a group of strange dragons arrives in their quiet town, tensions flare fast, but after a shaky confrontation, both sides realize they have something the other wants: the dragons are curious about the humans' powerful magical artifacts-and the humans, in need of peace, agree to strike a deal.
In exchange for a rare healing potion recipe, Tommy and his group of misfit friends are granted powerful animus-crafted disguises by the Rainwing queen-letting them pass as dragons. Their mission? Blend into dragon society, learn their culture, and above all, keep their true identities hidden.
At first, everything went smoothly. Tommy is placed in the Jade Winglet, makes new friends, and even starts to feel like he belongs. But then the dreams begin-cryptic prophecies that feel too vivid to ignore. Tommy tries to brush them off... until he starts hallucinating the words while awake.
Just as things seem they couldn't get any more mysterious and confusing, an unknown dragon attacks Jade Mountain Academy. Tommy can't ignore his prophetic visions anymore, something is wrong. He has one choice: Team up with friends, human, and dragon, to defeat something that seems out of their reach.

Things to know:
- Each title of each chapter is named after a song (excluding prologue) so if you want to get a more in-depth understating of the story, consider listening to the songs.
- Takes place after Arc 3
- This was written before Arc 4 was released
- My friends helped me come up with ideas and write, so I don't take full credit.
- I tried not to change the WoF character's personalities too much, but I might have to due to lore purposes or whatever.
What if Starflight had powers?
Raised under the mountains, the five fated dragonets of destiny grow impatient. With Starflight reaching for the limited moon light as a hatchling, the greatest Nightwing powers were gifted to the dragonet. But with the war thick and heavy, trouble enjoys company. Starflight and his friends face challenge after challenge, all to stay alive let alone end a war!
With the threat of Morrowseer, the dragonets are left with little time to plan, they need to escape if they wish for Glory to stay alive. Starflights powers may do their best to keep him alive, for he can read the minds of his foes, hear their true colours and his foresight reveals all challenges. Only issue? Starflight hadn't a spec of trianing, not a wiff of knowledge on how to control the powers of the moons. For Starflight is the most powerful nightwing but if the moons control him before he learns to master them, what would be his fate?
The whole of Pyrria are relying on the dragonets of destiny, they sing their hope and wait for the end of the war, will they be able to do it? Can Starflight lead his friends to victory? Or watch on the side lines as he watches his friends meet their brutal fates already foretold?
