Mckinleigh Kate is a 29 year old who is a doctor in Chicago. Mitch Ripley and Adriana have been be friends since they were in the fourth grade. Ripley moved away from his hometown. Mckinleigh finished high school and went to college to become a doctor. At the age of 22 Adriana lost her parents to a car crash. Mckinleigh spent most her time trying to make her parents proud even though they have passed away.
Mckinleigh never thought she would meet her best friend from elementary school again, how will Adriana and Mitch Ripley handle working together after not seeing each other for a long time.
