Vanessa was pretty much a regular girl, she lived in a small town in hawaii untill her dad got a promotion and he told her that they are moving to L.A she was furious so she ran into the forest near her house and took an unexpected swim in a mysterious bay. Ever since then evrey time she totched water her legs turned into one long aqua fin.
