Beyond Graves & Letters

During the 1900s in China, corrupt warlords took advantage of their status, creating havoc in the country. The government couldn't control the warlords as they held power in China and overseas. So the government developed a system called "The Exterminators," where orphans were trained at a young age in secrecy to assassinate criminals and become spies. They were raised in orphanages, though the buildings were just a cover-up for what they did in secret. When these children grow up, each particular one were given a job outside to scout for information, murder the criminals, and mask their true forms. All the illegal transactions the warlords did will be stopped by "The Exterminators". The government acted as if they had nothing to do with these incidents, pretending to assume that these people were rebels. The warlords couldn't do much about it either, as these people appeared out of nowhere, killed their men, and took away the treasures they were going to trade overseas without leaving any traces.
