After the final battle at the Valley of the End, Naruto wakes up in Konoha missing an arm-but gaining a deeper awareness of his feelings for the one person he's never been able to let go. Sasuke, freshly pardoned and emotionally untethered, finds himself drawn back to the village-and to Naruto-in ways he doesn't understand.
This is a slow-burn, canon-compliant retelling of the events following the Fourth Great Ninja War. No quick resolutions. No instant love. Just two broken boys learning how to heal, how to connect... and how to choose each other in a world that never expected them to.
