If the world needs a Hero, why do they have to have a Quirk?

This follows an Izuku who's been training for years to become just like his and now ONLY his hero, the missing All Might, he has his Bravery, his Charm, his Smile, but not his brains, nor his quirk, nor... any quirk for that matter, just the hard training he's endured and his halberd 'Kaachan' named after his old bully who's memory now pushes him to be great, and to prove himself to a not as prestigious U.A.

With him along for the ride is rich girl and dandere U.A. student of Class 1-B Yui Kodai, who's being dragged along with the brainless buff guy because she's worried that he's all muscle and no brain(and she had him dead to rights with that one)
