Hotel Transylvania fanfiction Prologue Before the castle, before the hotel, before the heartbreak-there were two inseparable souls. Dracula Vladimir and Yara Leighton had been best friends since they were five, bound by laughter, loyalty, and a bond that rivaled family. As they grew, so did their connection-deep, unspoken, and, at least for Yara, something more. On the eve of their adulthood, Yara zinged. Not with a stranger, not with some fleeting spark-but with her best friend. She said nothing. Fear held her tongue-the fear of losing him, of tainting the only constant in her life. And so she watched from the shadows of friendship, never daring to speak the truth of her heart. Then came Hawaii. A getaway, a celebration of their enduring bond. But fate had other plans. That was where Dracula met her-Martha. One glance, and the air between them changed. They zinged. The connection Yara once hid in silence now played out before her eyes-real, radiant, and mutual. Heartbroken, Yara stood by them. She smiled through the pain, cheered for their love, and vanished after the wedding, leaving behind only memories and a heart filled with what-ifs. Years passed. Then tragedy struck. The happy life Drac built with Martha was torn apart by hatred and flames. Their home destroyed, Martha gone, and only he and their daughter Mavis left to carry the weight of loss. Now, fate weaves its threads again. Yara returns-not the girl who left, but a woman shaped by time and sorrow. Will old wounds open or finally heal? Will unspoken love find its moment... or fade forever? Only time will tell if Dracula Vladimir can see what he never did before-or if it's already too late.

Since the dawn of time, the evolution of humanity has spawned subspecies diverging from the norm - born of curses, mutated bloodlines, radiation, or the aftermath of unimaginable accidents in scientific experiments. These creatures, collectively known as monsters, emerged from the shadows. Yet, amidst their growth & adaptation, humans remained the dominant race, wielding power over both civilization & the untamed wilderness. Among the monsters, one species stood apart in their insatiable thirst for human flesh. Unlike vampires, who adapted to feed on animals to avoid persecution, these creatures cared not for the consequences of their hunger - they were the Ghouls. Despite their strength, the Ghoul population began to dwindle mysteriously over the centuries. It was in the year 1893 that a pivotal figure emerged - a boy named Y/n, born to Aloysius and Estella Bloodstone, both prominent Ghouls of the respected Bloodstone lineage. Just a year later, in 1894, Mavis, a young vampire, was born to Count Dracula & Countess Martha, heirs to an ancient and powerful vampire bloodline. Dracula, in his fury, cursed the Bloodstone name, forbidding them from ever setting foot near his domain or any other territory claimed by monsters. Peace remained elusive as rumors of Ghouls dwelling near Dracula's lands sparked tension and fear among vampires. Y/n, compelled by his quest for understanding and peace, finds himself face-to-face with Dracula's daughter - a meeting that could either ignite further conflict or spark a chance for reconciliation.
