Aoyagi Toya, a hall monitor at Kamiyama High, absolutely despises Shinonome Akito. Why? Well, it's simple, really. In Toya's eyes, that boy is nothing but a lawless delinquent and a smoking drug addict. Akito always has to have things his way, or no way at all.
