An internship at One International wasn't supposed to change her life. She expected long hours, awkward meetings, and coffee that tasted like regret. However, she didn't expect to meet Jang Baek-gi : quiet, serious, and always trying to do the right thing, even when no one is watching. He wasn't cold. Just... careful. Earnest. A little shy. The kind of guy who listened more than he talked, and who stayed behind to help without being asked. They didn't talk much at first. Just glances across the room, polite nods, moments in the elevator. But slowly, through missed chances, shared work, and late evenings, something began to shift. And maybe, in the middle of deadlines and office politics, two people can find something like comfort. Maybe even something like love.
