In a world where people now can rely on technologies such as Echoes to store their memories, Kael finds himself working for the exact company that has developed the technology. As a technician, he works hard to take care of minor problems that occur in the building. But when he's sent out on a mission to retrieve a so-called malfunctioning android, he starts questioning the true intentions behind the company, ChronoLux. Is the company as innocent as it claims to be, or does it have darker intentions behind its positive facade? A question that the android, Elara, holds the answer to.

Elara, however, struggles with her own issues. She has the memories of the deceased scientist, Dr. Anya Petrova, who was the lead scientist in ChronoLux. Meeting Kael for the first time, she doesn't know if she can trust him since he works for the very company that she was built against. But over time, Kael manages to gain her trust, and something deeper forms between them. Despite that, Elara struggles with understanding the new sensations that she's starting to feel. Are these the emotions from the deceased scientist based on her memories and experiences, or do they belong to Elara? That's a question that Elara struggles to find the answer to, and when danger strikes at crucial moments, the answer can either mean life or death.

Noonian noticed a change in Lore's behavior upon meeting the at the time 20 years old Dez.... who left the planet before Lore had been disassembled by the urging of Soong himself so as not to break her confused heart.... and then 10 years later meeting Data and falling for him.... she found that Data was different when around her.... the seemingly emotionless Android showed emotion when she was with him and was also falling in love with her.... just like his brother Lore had always been When entering the Enterprise she found it to be very loud and painfully so.... but once she looked into Data's eyes it all went quiet.... if she paid attention to him it stayed quiet.... even though she is NOT a betazoid like Deanna Troi she can "read" the emotional memories of the ship.... for example.... going into engineering she could "see" the traveler as though he is still there.... in the holodeck she can feel the emotions felt by the crew while watching the holo of Tasha Yar when she died..... She was created by someone..... who she doesn't even know who.... to BE what others desire and do what THEY want her to do.... BE who THEY want her to be.... she has never felt like she has had any free will of her own EVER.... even though she has fought the reason for her being from the start.... will she finally act on her feelings or will she fight them? Seeing that I am no good at understanding the Stardates I am going to be putting what episodes each chapter is based off of at the very beginning of each chapter just in case I get the days/weeks/months/years part wrong😆

The consequences of blood unfold for a dark heart of vengeance. For years, the world has descended into a dystopian future of innovation and consumerism. The entire global population is the smallest footnote to a war against artificial life, living with a rotting economy solely centered around androids and cybernetics. Men shape their bodies and minds to kill anyone for the highest bidder, cities shape into unsightly and uninhabitable landscapes, and all life remaining is forced to be blind and oblivious to the chaos of the shadows. Chouko Ashford, an orphan and gifted heir to the Ashford fortune, is consumed by the darkest depths of this "humanity". Where once stood a girl of greatness, living with promise and potential under the guidance of her father, now only walks a miserable and pathetic victim with blood-coated hands. The past clings to the remains of Chouko Ashford as she wanders a world she has found herself lost in, covering whatever tears and scars remain on her throughout these miserable years. The face she wears, sacrificed and lost to time as she lives a life of misery and suffering. Yet, Chouko holds one thing in her mind: she must claim her vengeance. As all crumble around her, Chouko craves the death of the one responsible for making her this way. She must don the name and face of her most despicable of enemies, walk amongst them as the unseen Stalker of the Underworld, succumb to her most sadistic and sociopathic fantasies, and do all in her power to survive. Her entire being calls for the blood of the root of evil, ready to do what she must to take back the life that was stolen from her. By any means necessary.
