Phantom, an organization known for producing lethal weapons and soldiers, got their hands on a few special individuals. Three years ago there was an accident that officially had no survivors. It was in a high school during finals when someone had caused the explosion. The room itself that held the device was unscathed, the area around was completely obliterated. Whatever had happened left one class with specialized powers. A group claiming to by the government took them in for questioning, within 24 hours all of their parents, friends who weren't in the school, and realities all were dead.
