Behind the Owl Mask follows Harolin, a winged thief hiding from a past soaked in loss and secrecy. Eleven years after his sister's death at the hands of Capital soldiers, he keeps low in a crumbling city-until his quiet world clashes with Akio, a golden-retriever-like police officer unknowingly chasing both the masked criminal and the man he calls his friend.
