After a near-fatal akuma attack, Paris is left in ruins, and Marinette finds herself grappling with overwhelming guilt. She blames herself for not protecting Adrien in time. But when she wakes up the next morning, something isn't right-Adrien doesn't remember the attack. In fact, he doesn't remember her at all.

Adrien wakes up convinced he has been in love with Marinette forever-no secret identities, no confusion-just an all-consuming love. Marinette, however, is hesitant. She knows something is off. Why does Adrien suddenly act as though they have been together forever? Why does he remember moments that never actually happened? And why, despite knowing something is wrong, does she still find herself falling for him-this version of him?

Meanwhile, Ladybug investigates a hidden threat that lurks beneath the surface. Someone has rewritten reality-but why? And more importantly... does Marinette want to undo it?
