Under a ghostly moon, nine silent figures gathered in an abandoned warehouse. At their head stood the masked woman-by day a nondescript student, by night the pulse of vengeance. Her mismatched eyes shone through colored contacts, calculating every move.
"They ignore what they cannot see," she whispered, voice cutting through the hush. "We step from the shadows and claim the truth."
With that, the hunt began.

They become so determined to find the monster who did it to them that they won't rest until the girls been given justice. But, what about girls like me? The ones who live in the shadows, who walk in the mud to survive. The ones who had no promise, no gleaming smile or impressive academic record.
