For this chapter of our lives, no matter how dark, chaotic or confusing it might all seem with the sheer tense and panic from COVID-19. This month's theme requires you to channel all those hidden, outspoken or scattered emotions, drawing them all out in an artistic and healthy way before ending on a lighter and positive note. Something you'd like to reflect on, give a shining ray of light in this time of uncertainty and frustration. A piece that you can refer back to and say "Hey, I survived this" with a soft smile. My stories are organized by emotional theme, beginning with one story about emotion in general, and then moving through stories expressing distractedness, frustration, argument, love, fear, grief, sadness, humor, innocence, and self-love. About a year ago, I discovered my love for the short story and decided to build a collection of shorter works. I'm so glad I did; the variety of plots, characters, and settings I got to explore taught me so much, and I am beyond pleased with what I have to share.
