27 year-old Rosalie Sloane has always been a mutant. After spending her childhood running through Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, she has grown to be a teacher there, but never truly accepted her roll as an official X-Man. Sure, she goes on the missions, but she never truly felt like she belonged. But after a threat that brings the Avengers to the school, she realizes that maybe that's where she's meant to be.
