Callie is a smart, logical, and efficient girl that has been raised in the Capital. For as long as she can remember she has known wealth, money, and good education, sealing the deal for her perfect future in the Capital. However, she doesn't agree with the ways of how the Capital of the future United States is treating their people. She can't stand by their rules forever.
