Annalee Paris is lost and hopeless, always trying to keep other people happy and destroying herself.
To her, Kellin Quinn is just another popular kid who's way ahead of himself, too caught up in his own dreams to focus on reality, and certainly too lost in his own head to pay any attention to her.
Despite all of her pessimistic ideas, Kellin, although he has issues of his own, keeps trying to fix her.

He opens her eyes, and now she finds herself questioning everything she has ever done and ever thought about doing. But is that really such a good thing?

And is their relationship something a little more than platonic?
