Everyone has that one summer.

For me, it started with sand stuck in my slippers and a guy who help me when my bike crashed.
I wasn't looking for anything. I wasn't even supposed to stay that long. But that summer. On a small island where the Wi-Fi barely worked and the geckos clicking in the ceiling. I met someone. We weren't a love story. Not really. We were a series of missed chances, glances that lasted too long, and goodbyes that never felt final.
This isn't just about falling in love.
It's about the summers that shape us. The people who leave, come back, and leave again. It's about growing up, letting go, and realizing that maybe, almost can still mean something.
