The year unknown, and in a town long forgotten named Greenward the plague has spread like fire. Every 2 out of 3 citizens of Greenward have the plague while none of them have the funds to pay for proper treatment. The city that was once the cultural center of country of Dimder, is now the epicenter of disease, poverty and corruption.
The Nobles keep the poor sick to stay in power, the king looks the other way, and the doctors tend to the rich.
One Man, the Good Doctor stands against them. He sees the need to stand against. Old friends, allies, and lover will all stand in his way though.
The Doctors past haunts him and his ons dark secret may cause the end of his Inquisition against disease, corruption, and elitism.
But this may only be the beginning...
