She acts girly because if anyone ever accused her of being The Red Mask, no one would believe them. Nobody knows of her outing at The Ring except for her best friend. 

When a new kid comes to the school, he somewhat recognized her from The Ring. He is a competitor also, his ring name; Z. What happens when they find love, the person who killed Lux's mom come back, and she finds out she is adopted? Well you'll just have to find out.
